This home was designed in collaboration with Kyle Martin Ward. The project began as a simple master bedroom renovation and turned into a full reconstruction project using the existing footprint and foundation. The design works with the traditional style of the home and introduces a large, modern facade that welcomes you into the large living and dining area.

The main space in the house was designed and engineered with an open, vaulted ceiling, using no bottom chords on the roof truss. As you move from the entrance into the open kitchen, a large sliding glass door takes you to the backyard entertainment area and swimming pool.

This home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Construction was completed Spring 2024, and final pictures will be uploaded in the near future.
