The City Center Master Plan is a three phase development project in Pueblo, Colorado. The development consists of 5 parcels assembled with the intent to re-use an existing structure for phase 1, construct additional buildings in later phases, and vacate the alley and use as a pedestrian only alley.

This development will add 200+ residential units and new commercial spaces to the downtown.
